Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

All items will ship within 3 days of ordering unless it is a weekend, holiday or the shop is on vacation.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom/Personalized orders are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping, however I will gladly correct what you are un-satisfied with.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come in a jewelry box or organza gift bag ready for gift giving. If you would also like a note or to have it sent directly to someone else please contact me in the note to seller section when ordering.

Why does shipping cost so much?

Rather than charge higher prices for items in my shop I charge what the post office charges me to ship your item, I do not add on processing fee's or handling charges.
